moshem
Hi, I have a fresh Leopard system up and running: iPC 10.5.6 iDenb 10.5.8 combo update ASUS P4C800E Deluxe MB P4 2.6 1GB RAM IDE HD NVIDIA 6200 AGP have working LAN,sound, ide, etc.. all working fine expect the system will not shutdown completly (the screen stays blank and the machine still runs) and no restart. I updated the software and have the latest safari, itunes, quicktime etc.. the video card is recognized via EFI string, and QE is enabled, video speed is very acceptable, playing effects fine Quicktime video plays well even at 480p and fullscreen youtube, vimeo video plays ok, but when switching to HD, flash video is very very sluggish! I tried upgrading flash player to the latest, but as soon as the dmg tried to mount, I got a kernel panic (first time in two days of picking into the system) so I used pacifict to exctract and install the update package and it did I now have flash player 10 running , but still hd video is soooo slow! can anyone point me to the right direction ? thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/200993-flash-video-sluggish-please-help/ Share on other sites
