Colonel
I have this problem too. I have not been able to fix it, but I found another solution. Try the PowerPC version of VLC. It works fine with Rosetta and you won't get the color distortion. xtraa
just yesterday i build my new hackintosh system on intel D945GNTL mobo with integrated GMA950.all works fine, BUT i have strange problem with VLC player. It's show all only in black and green colors. same time in Mplayer i can see films with no problems. any ideas ? 1. Try to click on vlc>preferences, check the "Advanced" box at the bottom left. 2. Navigate to >video>output modules> and change the module to "Standard". If standard does not work, try Quartz Extreme or OpenGL. Don't forget to press "Save". Maybe that one still works Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/20038-vlc-problems/#findComment-132181 Share on other sites
