Replay19
Hello, I would like Mac OS X Snow Leopard to install on my PC. I've a "sort of" dual boot Windows XP and Windows 7 ( if I want to go on win XP I press F12 and then choose the hd where win XP is installed) just the same with win 7. I have 3 hard drives: 1 sata hd where is win XP installed, 1 ide hd where is win 7 installed and another ide hd and this is empty. Now I wondered if I can have another OS (a third OS)? and just like the others press F12 to select my boot hd, run OS X Snow Leopard and when i want to go back on win 7 or xp again press F12 when boot up and select the win 7 or win xp hd? can someone help me / explain how I should do? or what is the best way? and what would you recommend? my pc configuration: CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400@3.6Ghz (3.0Ghz standard) RAM: OCZ 4GB DDR800 Timings 5-5-5-18 (Dual Channel) Motherboard: Gigabyte EP43-DS3 (Bios Version: F7) Video card: ATI HD 4850 1GB I hope someone can help me further. Thanks! Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/200220-how-can-i-install-os-x-snow-leopard-on-my-pc/ Share on other sites

pdave54
Thanks for the info!are there any bootloaders i need for my model ? and what version of Snow i need to download? and how i install the bootloader? Well first you research & you will find things like this http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...10.6.0#Gigabyte Snow is 10.6 there two update 10.6.1 & 10.6.2. You can download or you can purchase the Snow upgrade disk for $30 that will do an install. Whatever guide you find that you decide to go with will tell you how to install the bootloader Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/200220-how-can-i-install-os-x-snow-leopard-on-my-pc/#findComment-1346944 Share on other sites
