Davickle
Hey, For a while now i've been trying to get some form of Mac 10 on one of my machines virtually, So far no luck. My computer is... Acer T180 Desktop AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 3GB Ram Windows XP When i boot up the VM the system starts up and asks me wether i want to press enter or F8, I press F8 enter -v and then i seem to get hung on a grey screen. (It used to produce an error, Some panic with the voodo boot thing). http://i657.photobucket.com/albums/uu293/D...pg?t=1259451851 Anyone got any ideas why it's doing it? Or how to fix it. I've already waited for around 20 minutes with this grey screen up and nothing happens, The cursor on the page does move though. Sometimes i also receive the message "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. You will need to power of or reset the virtual machine at this point". With this error in the background i get this screen. http://i657.photobucket.com/albums/uu293/D...ng?t=1259519956 Any help would be great thanks! Have you tried typing this after you press F8: busratio=20 fsb=133 cpus=1 -v -f This should let you get to where you can load/configure your IPC install. This will however make it so your install only uses 1 processor though. there is a guide on pcwiz's site that is very thorough and walks you through an entire install.
