I have a problem installing snow leopard onto my intel dg31pr with a ati radeon hd 4870 sapphire 1gb card and need help. I have posted a picture on this and I need help with installation!

I have tried every method on osx86 wiki and it still doesn't work!

I also have 10.5.7 Atkos v7 on the machine but it won't do dual screen. It needs two monitors connected to the card in order to work. So plugging just one monitor doesn't work!!!

PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME!!!

you have the wrong bios setting for snow leopard you have to disable auto mode in the disk config of the dg31pr bios here is a link to a my install of snow leopard on the same mother board http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.6.0#Intel I hope this helps you snow leopard runs very well pn this board when you get it going you wont want regular leopard anymore .

I know of this method and almost got it to work with my nvidia card but not quite so I upgraded to the ati but now it just won't work!

And also how will the ati card work because the guy I talked to dj nitehawk pretty much abandoned it so how do I get my ati card working?

Hi,

Did you try to downgrade your bios. I had kernel panics until I downgraded my bios to 2008.

Good luck;

Comodin.
