Please help me to solve this. Remember it's a hack, mine says I only have one core but activity monitor shows both working Second ..do you have video hardware acceleration, does dvd player open, can you move the pieces in chess? If everything is working ok, like opening and closing windows quickly, then I would not worry what system profiler says when you say dvd player opened the close, do you mean it closed itself, if so was there a warning message, can you put in a dvd movie & play it?
