yamcha
Hi guys, I need some help, I wasted literally 10 DVD's, I still cannot manage to get to the installation screen for Snow Leopard.. I do currently have OSX Leopard 10.5.8 installed without issues.. but when I try Snow Leopard it gives a ACPI Kernel Panic, It says Unable to find driver for this platform: \"ACPI\".\n"@/SourceCache/xnu/xnu-1486.2.11/iokit.kernel/IOPlatformExpert.cpp.1389 Anyone know how I can solve this? I appreciate your time and effort :]. Just so you know I used iatkos 7 to install Leopard on my PC and it works fine.. I just had to type -v busratio=20 cpus=1 in order for the Installation to begin.. but I've tried the same with Snow Leopard and it doesn't work.. Hope someone can help! Thanks EDIT: I already looked around in forums guys, haven't found a solution that works for me..
