iATKOS and PC Specs

I'm on a slow and capped connection so just wanted to check if OSX will run on this PC before downloading the whole thing. The PC isn't great but it can run Windows 7. Specs below...

Please let me know if you need any more information..?

 

I've checked online and the main thing I'm worried about is the Motherboard and Graphics Card...?
