Hello :D

I'm having issues while trying to install snow Leopard. First of all my system

1. Dual core system with 2 gigs of ram

2. Two IDE hard disks (One hard disk is 160 GB and another is 80 GB) and one IDE DVD writer

I already have 10.5 installed on the system which I install via a Kalway DVD. That installation worked like charm and I have never had any problems. Now I downloaded the Snow Leopard off the Internet and I'm running into issues.

I read instruction on the web and I'm able to start the installation but when I see that now the installation is almost ending, the installation fails. It says It couldn't copy several files and I should contact the vendor. I could hardly find the installation log file and I see a message there which says "Can't bless the installation disk" and this is why the installation is failing.

I don't know what does this mean.

I have verified the hard disk (80 GB HDD where I"m installing snow leopard) and the installation DVD with disk untility and no problem is found. I'm stuck here and don't know what to do.

Could somebody pull me out of this mess? I'm sorry If I couldn't explain properly, please ask any information you need to help me out. I'm new to mac and first time I realized that installing Mac is like writing a program is assembly language :(

Help me!
