VBMonkey
Hey guys, After recently installing Snow Leopard (10.6.0, after I got a new comp which isn't listed in my signature), I got pretty much everything working. However, my intergrated graphics isn't supported. What I'd like to do is force 1440x900 (or AT LEAST 1152x864) resolution. I've tried all of these at boot and it still boots into 1024x768: "Graphics Mode"="1440x900x32@60" "Graphics Mode"="1440x900x32" "Graphics Mode"="1152x864x32" "Graphics Mode"="1152x864x32@60" See the second computer in my signature (the Studio 1737) for stats. Is there any way I can force 1440x900? I've also tried DisplayConfigX and SwitchResX, neither of which have worked. I can get my laptop LCD up to 1440x900 and my external up to 1680x1050 but the laptop LCD seems to be running at about 49Hz refresh rate, which is obviously too low and makes it extremely difficult to do anything. Could I bump this up to 60Hz somehow? I tried "Graphics Mode"="1440x900x32@60" at boot, no dice...
