This will be my first hackintosh, and I believe the first step is compatible hardware! My question to all of you is will the following configuration work?: CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-960 3.20 GHz 8M L3 Cache LGA1366 HDD: Single Hard Drive (1TB (1TBx1) SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache 7200RPM HDD) MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE X58 GA-EX58-UD3R 2 WAY CROSSFIRE/SLI DDR3 MEMORY: 6GB (2GBx3) PC1333 DDR3 PC3 10666 Triple Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand) SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX275 896MB 16X PCIe Video Card (EVGA Powered by NVIDIA) I would be purchasing this setup from Cyberpowerpc.com. It seems like a great setup, I just want to know whether all the components are hackintoshable with Snow Leopard. Thanks for your help!
