Krishna21
So I installed Kalyway 10.5.2.. Everything went flawless..Audio, Ethernet, Sleep, everything. Except one. BOOT. If I shut my PC down for the night, and then when I turn it on, I HAVE to have my Installation DVD in every time so I can boot into it, otherwise my computer says there's no hard disk. I heard you have to have something called a boot loader. The thing is, I have no idea on what bootloader I need! So I need YOU, the person who is reading this topic, is to find and tell me which boot loader I need! (Please) I have a feeling you'll be needing this info: I have one hard disk on my computer, and that hard disk is running Kalyway 10.5.2. I'm have no split partitions or dual boot, just OS X. Please help, thanks!!! Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/197801-bootloaders-i-have-no-idea/ Share on other sites
DCMaxxx
Just boot into OSX with the DVD, and install Chameleon v2 RC3 (you'll find it on the forum) It should be good after that Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/197801-bootloaders-i-have-no-idea/#findComment-1331966 Share on other sites
