JL2002
Hi! I'm running dual booting setup with Windows 7 and Osx on 2 separate hard drives. HOw would I go about installing xp on it, without installing another hard drive. Should I just partition Windows 7 one, or will it mess everything up ? chokia
1. Boot W7 and make NTFS partition using W7 Disk management. name it XPPRO (or whatever) 2. Make the XPPRO partition active using the same W7 Disk management. Place XP DVD and reboot 3. Install Xp on the XPPRO partition until finished and reboot (dont bother about other OSes yet) 4. Boot XP and install Boot Think within XP then click C:/darwin/MBR/SetupMBR.bat Reboot. U will have triple boot with beautiful bootloader and each OS boot directly (no other boot menu) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/197774-dual-booting-to-triple/#findComment-1331797 Share on other sites
