ICH9R, not seeing full drive sizes, windows and OSX

Hey guys. I'm using a Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS4 with the ICH9R chipset, I have it set to run in AHCI, native, etc. ...but for some reason OSX and Windows 7 seem to see my 1 TB HD as a 698.64, same with my 750 gig. ...wtf? am I missing something? What did I do wrong? I flashed my BIOS to the latest version, a beta, then back to the NEXT most recent version that is NOT a beta. problem persists.

 

any ideas? Thanks in advance as always.
