Im trying to install Snow Leo Server on Intel d945glf board, which should work normally…

I have built a setup disk (and put it on a usb flash drive) by following this guide:

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=183751

Now, when booting from the install disk, I can see the chameleon screen, where i can select a disk to boot from. When i want to start setup, it stops with an kernel Panic, that looks like this

AppleACPICPU: ProcessorID=1 LocalApicID=0 Enabled

AppleACPICPU: ProcessorID=2 LocalApicID=1 Enabled

AppleACPICPU: ProcessorID=3 LocalApicID=130 Disabled

AppleACPICPU: ProcessorID=4 LocalApicID=131 Disabled

i have disabled HT in BIOS and also tried changing the IOACPIFamily kext to others, which were recommended for this board, but the problem is the same…

i have also tried various distributions like kalyway and leo4all, and bootloaders like rebel efi, but i got none of them even to boot...

can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance!

i tried quite everything from the thred, but i keep getting this kernel panics...

seems to be a problem in NullCPUPowerManagement kext...

I too had the kp after chameleon booting up. To resolve this, type "arch=i386" while chameleon is loading, but before it start to load SL. This starts up SL in 32 bit mode.
