delphinus87
hello. I have a Dell XPS 420 with 2 HDs. One is my iDeneb 10.5.8, the other is my original system's Windows Vista/Windows 7 HD. iDeneb works fantastically, everything works, but I finally got around to setting up Time Machine today. I never use my Windows HD, but I have tons of data on it that is very valuable to me, but I had enough free space on it that a new partition for Time Machine seemed harmless, so I made a 125GB partition and rebooted into Leopard. I entered the Time Machine setup, selected my Time Machine partition, then selected Erase. But after the erase bar stopped, my Time Machine partition, along with my Vista and Windows 7 partitions disappeared from my desktop and Finder. When I tried to reboot into Windows, it said "Missing Operating System". I'm pretty sure I didn't do a full Format of the Windows HD, only an erase. Is there any way to recover my Windows HD?
