Deathshead
Hi there, I installed snowosx last night, I thought everything went great, until it attempted to boot or the first time. Heres are my specs, I thought this was pretty safe hardware , DFI P35 intel mobo, E4500 intel chip, xeon, 8800gt nvidia video 1gb ram, 4gb g.skill ram. Im running ahci mode, power management set to s1 Everything loads fine, but it hangs near the end, during dsmos a few lines come up and the last line when it hangs reads, "this software (dsmos.kext) is freeware if you have purchased it please contact netkas.org Does this seem like dsmos is not loading correctly?. Any thing i can try? I tried booting with all the -v -f etc flags, cpu=1, etc I also reinstalled 4 times as well with no luck, the first attempt I was getting power management Sleepfixer kext errors, so I UNchecked that kext in the customize menu and everything was good. Until i got to this hang.. Thanks for your help!
