Asus U2E - Snow Leopard possible ?

Hi,

 

I have an Asus U2E install with Windows 7 and would like very much to install Snow Leopard dual boot with the existing Windows 7. Specification is as follows:-

 

Display 11.1" (1366 x 768) WXGA

Operating System Windows 7

Processor Intel Core 2 Duo 1.06 GHz / 1.2 GHz

Memory 3 GB

Graphics Card Intel GMA X3100

Connectivity

Ethernet - Realtek RTL-8168B

Wireless LAN - Intel 4965AGN

 

Any help would be great, currently downloading SnowOSX-10.6(432)GM-v3.5.iso. Do not know if it would install as I have allocated 20GB of free space.
