Been following http://osx86.thefreesuite.com/leo_intel.php , Downloaded the ToH RC2 disk, and I'm presented with a .rar file in the end. Opening it up, I'm presented with a 100k of data (even though I downloaded 4.4GB, and the rar archive is 4.4GB too), so I figured that there is Mac formatted data or something in there.

So how the heck can I burn this? No sense in unraring it and burning a 100k of useless files.

Also, another question. Following that guide, can I just skip the disk portioning and just install it to a separate drive? I really don't want to bother with multibooting with windows/{censored} with my MBR, etc.

Thanks

You're a victim of your user friendly operating system.

One of the worst mistakes Microsoft ever made besides releasing Windows ME was disabling viewing of file extensions by default.

WinRAR associates itself with .iso files unless you tell it not to. That's why your file has a WinRAR icon.

Just start your favorite burning app, pick burn image and point it to the file.

Use quality media and burn at the lowest speed supported by burner and media.

Ugh, thanks winrar for stealing the file association. ISOrecorder usually is in control.
