Kernel panic issue in Kaly 10.5.2

So. I Finally got 10.5.2 working on my PC. Everything works fine. I had to dig around for drivers that worked for my ethernet port. and found one. Now. It's a perfect install apart from the fact that when I try torenting I get a kernel panic :/ whats the deal? anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix it? thx.
