Appleacpips2nub Failure

Hi,

Recently I bought a new Compaq/HP Mini 311c and love it.

I am trying to get Ideneb 1.3 10.5.5 installed onto it and after ALOT of frustration the last few days I am able to atleast get the installer to boot however now when it begins I get an error and its freezes:

 

The error is:

Failed to load extension com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPS2Nub

 

and it is in yellow and then after that it freezes and will not continue on to the installer.

 

I have tried every combination of booting with -v, -f, -s and cpus=1

 

Please can someone help me overcome this hurdle as when I finally got the USB key installer to boot after all the frustration i had been through I thought i was getting somewhere, apparently not so fast
