Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction on how to install either 10.5 or 10.6 on an Asus Eee Pc 900... bolger Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 I have a working 10.5.6 from iDeneb on an external USB Drive. However, I was never able to install directly from my EeePC 900. I installed from my iMac. Currently I am trying to bring 10.6.1 to my EeePC, but not much success up to now. I was able to boot a SL Vanilla install with the help of the myHack Utility and some kexts from a post about running SL on an EeePC 901. The system was slow, some programs never run and there were artifacts due to an unsuitable GMA/framebuffer kext. I am currently experimenting with different kexts. I will post any success here.
