NUBxKILLA
Hi i got the Asus barebone T3-P5g965 with the P5B-BN motherboard 1 gig of ram Pentium d 2.66 realtek r1000 lan ad1988b audio gmax3000 video Ive successfully installed Kalyway 10.5.2 but wasn't able to update it to run any new apple software. Has anyone had any luck with getting something newer on a p5b-bn board? ive pretty much tried everything closest was ideneb 10.5.7 with a usb hardrive, but it only goes as far as the gray screen with a black screen flash every 10 sec or so after booting live ipc works live but boots into black screen midway into boot with -v flag and freizes at apple logo when booting with no flags. iATKOS v7 also same thing as ipc Ive probably hours searching all of the forums and installing with all kinds of kernel/fixes/driver options on all of the newer distros. Could anyone point me in the right direction? What am i not trying? Sorry for my noobness still learning alot. Thanks in advance for replys Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/195946-asus-t3-p5g965-capable-of-1056/ Share on other sites

Upgraded by iDeneb 10.5.8 combo update. everything I have done so far on it works perfect! Just cannot get USB 2.0 to work (Works on 10.5.6) Still Working on it!
