WPB2
I am running a GA-G31M-ES2L mobo, with E5200 Overclocked to 3.66Ghz. The problem is not the overclocking itself, because it ran fine at said clock speed under iPC 10.5.8, but now with Rebel-EFI and 10.6.1 it speeds everything up including the system time, and video playback, and who knows what else. Is there any .kext I can add/ remove to make it run properly with the overclock in place. I have had to set my processor back to stock to get it to run correctly. I use my Hackintosh as a HTPC/ encoder/ streamer box. I really need the extra clock speed for ripping DVD's, and transcoding. thanks in advance. mattk37
I have the same problem. It appears the only way to stop it is to not overclock it :[. There must be a solution!
