Snow Leopard on HP M8060

Soo guys i am new here i know a think or to but still.

 

I Succsesfully installed leopard on my HP M8060nl without wifi land working. But then i trayed installing snow leopard the install was succsesfull but when i reboot it gives me a kernel panic.

Soo can somebody please help me out is there any boot 132 file or something to make it easyer?

 

Proccsesor: Core 2 Duo E4400 © DC 2,0 GHz

Chipset: Intel 945G

Motherboard: Asus P5LP-LE

 

Does anybody have the kext files for the wlan and the on board ethernet??
