myequation Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 I've been reading for weeks on how to do this install, Tried it today and had a issue from the start. I following these instructions. http://maceee.blogspot.com/2009/08/install...epc-1005ha.html What I have. eee pc 1005ha. win xp is currently installed I have two other free partitions. When I install the dvd (with external usb dvd drive) I get the boot prompt, I hit a any key and get to the loading page. Gray background, apple logo and a spinning icon. It does that for a few mins... Then a black box comes up saying I must power down by holding down the power button etc etc. I also tried I deneb v1.3 same issue also.. what am I doing wrong?
