Configuration Suggestions

Here is my list of hardware I would like to get to create my hackintosh, I want to dual boot OSX Snow Leopard and Win 7x64 any suggestions would be great. I am using existing hardware also to keep the price down.

 

Mobo:GA-EX58-UD4P

CPU:Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66GHz

RAM:CORSAIR XMS3 6GB DDR3 1600 or G.SKILL 6GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Cooler:Thermaltake CLP0533 70mm 1 Ball Bearing CPU Cooler

PSU:CORSAIR CMPSU-620HX 620W

GFX Card: EVGA GTS 8800 640mb

 

not sure if the ram really matters except for price. My total would be $691.27. Would this configuration be a flawless config? What distro should I use for the best results? I am a noob to the hackintosh scene.
