help needed desperately dsdt troubles

ok everyone...i am is desperate seek of help..i have spent countless hours trying to figure this all out and seem to fail

 

will also pay someone for their time if need be

 

the first dsdt i have posted (dsdtnosleep.dsl) Everything works great accept for sleep and ethernet. (i dont think ethernet will work anyways due to support) -found this dsdt randomly on a site

the second DSDT is my custom one. i posted (dsdtnoqe.dls) i managed to fix the sleep problem, but i dont have any QE.Any help would greatly be appreciated to get QE fixed on this dsdt

i have EFI string in boot.plist

Intel's 945 chipset

geforce 7900 GS,

bcm57xx ethernet
