Guest dbwrobel
I just started my masters and got a computer for free which I don't want to put Windows on and can't run Linux (due to software issues)...so, since I already have a few macs I did some reading and would like to see if I could convert my PC to a mac :-) Has anyone managed to get osx to install on this board? I tried to do it using a method I found online using the disc I bought but would run into a kernel panic right before the install. Core i7 950 6GB Ram ATI 3450HD Videocard Asus Rampage Gene II mobo 4x1TB HDs (would like to set these up in a Raid1+0) Any help/already existing guides I could be forwarded too would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Dan (I hope I didn't post this thread in the wrong area :-P, I'm new to the forum ) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/194324-asus-rampage-gene-ii-w-i7-installation/ Share on other sites
