minderz
Hi everybody. I installed Snow Leopard on an Asus P5KC solving lots of problems like SATA controller... audio, jmicron ATA, Nvidia Geforce. At last all seems to work great except my Logitech Quickcam Messenger that was working well a week ago with Leo 10.5.8. Since i updated to 10.6.1 it cannot detect my webcam saying "Status: No camera". Maybe is a x64 related problem? Tnx In advance... Mettiu
You could try to boot in 32 bit mode to easily answer to your question, but I am afraid the problem is elsewhere.. Since I have a vanilla SnowLeopard running in 32bit mode and I have your same problem!! (even if my webcam is a Microsoft one) We need to find a solution for this!! minderz
hi, bad new for us pal... as you can read HERE , hxr, the administrator of macam projetc said that it doesn't work with 64bit apps and other people says that sometimes it won't work with SL at all. I have no interest of running SL in 32bit mode since i spent a week trying and trying until it finally works fine. So i think the only thing we can do is to check regularly that website for beta or experimental builds to try.
