Can anyone please give me some assintance with installing iPC onto my AMD My setup is: AMD Athlon X2 7750+ BE 3GB DDR2-800 RAM Sapphire nVidia 9800GTX Asus M3A-H/HDMI Motherboard (SB700 Chipset) Samsung 40GB IDE HDD Set to Master Samsung SATA DVD-RW Drive iPC is: Voodoo 9.5 (Darwin), Chameleon 10.0.11 I have set SATA to AHCI, disabled my onboard lan, disapled ACPI 2.0, disabled ACPI APIC, set USB to FullSpeed, disabled plug 'n play OS option. All give me errors, some different to others. Most errors are: SAM Multimedia errors, failed to write to boot drive or filesystem is read-only etc etc. I have tried a disk with the SB700 kext on it but I just get a driver not found error (8e8000) This is the iPC vesion I'm using What can I do? DappleBook Posted October 24, 2009 Share Posted October 24, 2009 Can't offer much help with IPC, but will tell u I think I tried every flavor of Hackintosh on this computer and the only one I could get to work was iDeneb. 10.5.6 thru 10.5.8 lite all installed great for me. U might want to give it a shot? I put all the nec. info in the osx86 wiki. Board is a GA-MA790X-UD4.
