marcelg
Hello, I've got a problem with sleep and suspend mode. In fact, it is very simple : if I activate any pormanagement options, my computer will never wake-up... In fact, when I use "suspend activity", my screen freeze on the last image and if I try to rectivate it, nothing happend's. I've downloaded the powermanagement patch that I've found here in order to have battery indicator in my taskbar. It works, but the problem of suspend mode is the same. Thanks for your help, Marcel Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19360-suspend-acpi/ Share on other sites
fOZf8
I had to change my suspend mode in the bios from STR1 to STR3 in order to prevent it from freezing when sleeping. Only problem now is that I can't get it to wake up from a ping, even though I set it to do so. Nice all the same, my hackintosh is loud to say the least, since I have one of the older prescott chips that get super hot...idles around 45-50C ever since I put it in a desktop case.
