maclu
Hi i am a newbie i just installed snow leopard with the help of a patcher and used chameleon 2. i installed SL on a 1tb and windows 7 on a separate hardrive i attempted to dual boot using easy bcd2. the first problem i encountered was that when i came to the windows manager screen where i get to choose my os it is stuck on windows 7 and F8, enter, tab, does not work. the second problem i have is that when i make mac osx my default os it gets stuck on the and does not load mac osx and then i cant boot in to windows 7 so i have to reinstal it. last problem if i try to boot just snow leopard unplugging my windows seven drive my snow leopard says no operating system found. i am really worried hope my snow leopard isn't deleted and i really need help to fix these problems i could start from the beginning i don't mind re installing SL and Win 7. but i need a good and easy tutorial to dual boot. someone please help me Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/192395-dual-boot-caused-my-pc-to-say-no-operating-system-foundhelp-please/ Share on other sites
tony74
last problem if i try to boot just snow leopard unplugging my windows seven drive my snow leopard says no operating system found. i had this happen when i unplugged my HD, i had to go to the bios and change the boot drive order, since it was looking to the SATA slot i had unplugged first.
