Martin Art
My iMAC only boots to Darwin (it runs OS X, 10.0 from what I can remember, which I had upgraaded to 10.3.9 3 years ago.) A while experienced some problems that could not be fixed, I was told, so I reinstalled using the install disks that came with the iMAC when I purchased it. (the problems included unable to open HD, Appleworks failing, and others.) I tried running TechTool that came with the IMAC (old version, 2.9) and it tells me there is not enuf memory to complete the "rebuilding catalog files" command. I need to move some stuff, and I would like it to be my iPhoto library. But, I am not good at Darwin, so am not sure how I would go about doing the move so that I can run the TechTool program. Thank you, one and all. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/192389-imac-only-showing-darwin/ Share on other sites
