Jamesisnotonfire Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Hey folks, I have had a infuriating experience of trying to install this update, I've tried various packages and had to end up reinstalling leopard at the end of ever update as the problem seems to persist. I'm using iPC 10.5.6. The installation seems smooth, but when it comes to reboot it's frozen at the apple screen, there's no spinning wheel to show that it's loading, and when I try to boot into safe mode or verbose the screen just goes black, I don't know what issue this is, but these are a few of my systems specs. nvidia 9800 GTX Amd phenom x4 940 4gb ddr2 ram, asrock motherboard (unsure of the model) 450gb sata drive, I have enabled AHCI in the bios.
