Keyboard not working on Dell Latitude E5400 , OSX 10.5.6 Final

Guys,

 

I have tied about 20 different ways, 20 different installations I dont seem to get my mouse and keyboard working on dell latitude e5400, I am using 10.5.6 final cd. Boots fine, installs fine and then I am stuck on screen Keyboard cannot be identified.

 

I did have a USB mouse so was able to click ok on that screen but then it said "identifying keyboard and stuck"

 

I tried several solutions posted here, need an expect to give me a solution.
