Dell T5500 problem with SL

I tried to install vanilla SL on a Dell opti desktop, and it works very well (dump from ubuntu livecd a dsdt image, and

use DSDTpatcher to patch it and get aml file), but the same process always failed with the Dell T5500 precision workstation ( 2x Xeon E5506, 12 G memory, nvidia quadro fx580), the kernel panicd with some msg like:

"should have 4 cores, but only found 3 on die 1". There seems to be some other posts about similar problem with this

type of machine, while I can not find a solution provided. Have someone some success with it or some hints?

Could this part of dsdt dump be some problem? The system have 2 x 4 cores (no hyperthreading on E5506):

same problem here, i have dual xeon 5570
