drpewpew
Hi - I've installed SL and Chameleon RC3 and the system is booting straight in to the desktop. However, I want to get to the boot prompt so i can follow the install guide instructions and these require me to boot in to 32-bit mode initially. When I get the chameleon startup menu I am offered my snow leopard install, my leopard install, and my ntfs volume (which has win7 on it). I select snow leopard and the system starts booting. I am never shown the darwin prompt where you can hit f8 to get to boot prompt. Can anyone tell me how to get to the boot prompt please? searockcliff
F8 is not needed now. When the selection screen comes up, Just type some keys, the command will show at left down corner. It costs me some time to find it.
