  1. Hi All, I have installed Lion on my HP NX6320, but must "cpus=1". HP NX6320 is not in the vendor list of DSDT Patcher. Does anybody know how to patch it manually to remove "cpus=1"? Thanks!

  4. Final solution (FIX) for GMA950 Desktop edition - NEW 28 DEC 08

Why there is no Device(PCI0) in my dsdt.dsl? dsdt.zip
  5. Hi Guys, I install 10.6.2 on my notebook with Chameleon 2 RC3 and PCEFI 10.5. But two problems left: 1. CPUS=1. My dsdt (attached) does not have "Alias" under "Processor". 2. GMA 950. Intenel display only shows grey or white screen. External display and VNC works. My DSDT also has not "VGA" or something like. Why is my DSDT so different? Please give some advice. dsdt.zip
  6. Cannot get past grey screen

    Try external display
  7. F8 is not needed now. When the selection screen comes up, Just type some keys, the command will show at left down corner. It costs me some time to find it.
  8. Hi, I just installed snow leopard on my HP nx6320. The 64-bit boots fine. But the resolution is only 1024x768, the color is not very good. The kext AppleIntelGMA950.kext does not work, because it only has i386 binaray. If I boot it to 32-bit, at last the screen becomes grey. But when I attach an external display, the screen shows normal on the external display and the color is perfect and resolution can adjust. The AppleIntelGMA950.kext works fine. Any method to put the screen back to the notebook's display?
  9. _CFGetHostUUIDString: Error 35?

You can get an original one from /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/

Deos any body get a 64-bit kext? Or where is the source code to recompile it to 64-bit?
