NoValidTitle
I've been out of this for a while. My current setup is running 10.5.5 which is way behind. I was looking to going to SL on this rig but it seems everyone is running newer i7 stuff or non asus mobos. I did a bit of searching and didn't find much. SL seems much more confusing I see people talking about special drivers for x64 and stuff so I may be out of luck. Beerkex'd
If you stay in 32-bit mode you can use the 10.5.x guides. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/191251-anyone-on-an-asus-maximus-formula/#findComment-1293966 Share on other sites

See: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=182048 SL 10.6.1 is working rock solid in 64-bit mode on my MF with a Q6450. Using the built-in networking, sound and SATAs.
