Just wanna make sure i know what to do

This is my PC and I've found it on the wiki. I'm gonna take the plunge tomorrow, so i just wanna check a couple of things first.

 

Kernel: 9.5.0 voodoo Kernel

Video Drivers: GeForce 7300LE 128meg. DON'T INSTALL ANY DRIVERS FOR THIS GRAPHICS CARD. WE WILL USE EFI STUDIO TO WRITE STRINGS IN A COUPLE OF CLICKS

Chipset Drivers: Intel ICHx SATA Drivers

Audio Drivers: Sigmatel 9227

Ethernet Drivers: Intel 82566MM/DC

Fixes and Paches: (included in options) Seatbelt.Kext 10.5.5 And USBMassStorage

Am i right in assuming that all those options are options in the customise menu?

 

To avoid the "Still waiting for root device" error after install, you'll need to modify the AppleAHCIPort.kext file. Make sure you have the following entry in it.

From what I've read i do this after installing from terminal on the install disk. Sorry for being a bit leechish, but i really need clear instructions of exactly what to type how to do it cause i'm sort of clueless on this and worried after last time when my entire PC got messed up.

 

Also, if i wanted to be dual booting with win7, i would install 7 first and then go and format the second partition and install this on it.

 

One more thing, do you guys have an IRC channel so that hopefully not when but if i get stuck along the way i can get some help live and then won't panick as much.Woops, sorry about that, should have looked harder.
