exorcist70
Solution/Workaround for 2 hard drive setup: I have 2 HDs, one with 10.5.8 and the other with Windows 7. I use Chameleon 2.0 rc3 for my bootloader. I have tried the easybcd and it failed to boot os x. The following worked for me. If your OS X hd is primary: Install Chameleon on OS X Drive Remove the OS X drive Install other HD Install Win7 (Win7 wants to install a boot partition on the main drive. So by removing the OS X drive, the boot partition will install on the Windows drive. Easybcd will not work if you install Win 7 while having your OS X HD in as primary. After you finish installing Win7 and setting it up, put the OS X drive back in as primary and then you can boot using chameleon like normal. Hope this helps someone out there because all the other BS guides to make this setup work did not for me. Tom Hare
I have a similar problem to the above. I believe everything has installed ok with iAtkos and I also have the same entries in EasyBCD as jaikumarm and Ricardo. When I boot my computer I get the Windows bootloader with my two options (Windows 7 and Mac OS X). I select Mac OS X and it starts the Darwin Bootloader. I then select the Partition that Mac OS X is installed on and it does some work, shows the white screen with the Apple logo like it is going to boot for about a second then my computer restarts and I'm back at the Windows bootloader screen. Anyone had this problem and/or a solution? Much appreciated.
