SNOW Software Update Hangs?

Hello All,

 

I just installed 10.6 on my GA-EP45-UD3P using Lifehacker Guide. In the beginning I was able to update to 10.6.1 and after installing a few programs my software update has network problems. I really don't have network problems since firefox & safari work. This just happened when I tried to update iLife & iWork 2009. Below is a list of programs I installed previously.

 

Microsoft 2008 SP2

Adobe CS4 and current updates

Suffit 14

firefox 3.5.3

VLC Current 64bit version

iStats

JDownloader
