Marlun
I'm installing vanilla snow leopard from a usb drive and the installation seems to go well but in the end I get an error and watching the install log I'm getting the error "The bless tool was unable to set the current boot disk." I'm on a Dell m1330 with Intel chip and hitachi harddrive. Would really appreciate some help Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/190857-bless-tool-is-unable-to-set-boot-disk/ Share on other sites
asapreta
I had the same problem using a RESTORED DVD installation, but no problems to boot after installation of Chamaleon. Marlun
I had the same problem using a RESTORED DVD installation, but no problems to boot after installation of Chamaleon. But I've got Chameleon installed on the usb. It boots into the installation and the installation seems fine. But I get that message. And when I boot again I can choose to boot into the installation or OSX but if I choose OSX I just get a message telling me to restart.
