Dr Longbottom
I'm installing iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 on my HP nx6110 laptop (specs below), which worked perfectly fine for me the first time I tried it. Since then I've tried upgrading to 10.5.8 via iDeneb and iDeneb v1.5 fresh install, neither worked. I've tried to put iDeneb v1.3 back on multiple times now, and every time I get these three errors in the installation log: /Volumes/Debby/private/tmp/Scripts.rg4W/./postinstall[203]:/Volumes/Debby/System/Library/User Template/English.lproj /Volumes/Debby/private/tmp/Scripts.CCX4/./postinstall[306] current cache invalid because /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Carbon has changed /Volumes/Debby/private/tmp/Scripts.CCX4/./postinstall[334] current cache invalid because /System/Library/Frameworks/AudioUnit.framework/Versions/A/Audio Unit has changed It's a 1.4GHz Intel Celeron (ICHx Fixed) 512mb RAM Intel 915GMA (working QE/IE fix from forum) AC97 audio (worked w/drivers) Broadcom wifi (worked) Broadcom ethernet (BC440x drivers) 40GB IDE Toshiba HDD (reformatted many times, many ways trying to get this to work) Any ideas why this install allofasudden doesn't work? Please and thank you. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/190553-postinstall-scripts-error-on-previously-working-install/ Share on other sites
