What are my chances?

Hi all. My first post here!

 

First of all, congratulations for such a wonderful forum, great stuff inside!

 

I broke my old A64 3000+ and still waiting for the new A64 3800+ X2 to arrive.

 

My system consists of the folowing components:

- AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (has SSE3)

- Epox 9NDA3+ (nForce 3 Ultra)

- nVidia GeForce 6800GT

- SATA HDs

- NEC DVD Burner

- Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse ( I'm sure it won't work)

- Realtek 8139 NIC

- Onboard Sound Realtek ALC650

 

Which won't work?

 

I spent a few minutes reading about the VGA and it seems that the only supported VGA is an onboard intel... Why? Apple ships both ATI and nVidia VGA with their Macs...

 

As soon as I get the new cpu I'll post here how it is going...

 

Downloading the Release1 version. it's the best right now right?
