Bram1982
Hello, Currently I'm running iAtkos 10.5.8 (updated via Apple Update from 10.5.7) on the following hardware: Asus P5Q Pro, Radeon 3870, Intel Quad Core 9550, 8 Gb RAM, Serial ATA HD + Serial ATA DVD, ALC1200 Audio, LAN and 2 x 24" Dell LCD's Everything works great. I can play games, full HD movies in quictime / VLC, use photoshop, after effects, final cut studio, browse the internet, shut down & restart. CI + QE are also working. No problems at all. However, I have this small issue: I noticed that Final Cut Pro has this very annoying delay when scrubbing the timeline. When I click a on a point on the timeline, it takes Final Cut about a second to 'respond' (no intense HD activity at that moment) On my friends real Macbook Pro Final Cut responds instantly, so it's definitely not a 'feature' (scrolling through the source video window does NOT have this problem on my hackintosh btw) I also noticed that, when exporting from after effects and choosing a codec from the big list, this particular list responds painfully slow. When you have selected something (and the list dissapears) all is OK again. And sometimes I get this random 'framebuffer exceeded' pop-up error in After Effects when working on projects. (also no problems on real Macbook) iAtkos 10.5.7 has this problem and 10.5.8 too. I couldn't get Ideneb 10.5.7 to get my 3870 to work, so that remains untested... Anyone ideas what causes this and how to fix? Update video driver? Tried a complete reinstall.. no difference...
