mentorwan Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 I installed using iatkos 7. Everything is working except QE/CI support for HD 2400 XT (ID: 94c1). I can only fix it at a resolution 1024*768.The device shows it is HD 2400. I have already followed several old posts. But it is not working which can only give us blinking screen. I have also a minor sound problem. internal speaker seems not working. But headphone has sound. Hope some experienced person can give me guidance. Use OSx86Tools to inset HD2400 EFI string. e.g. OSx86Tools>Add EFI Strings/Boot Flag>GFX Strings>Chose your card>Import String to Boot Editor>Apply Changes to com.apple.Boot.plist If you have other RAM amount, need to change the value accordingly. This require different steps after the "Chose your card>". This time use Save as XML. Now find the saved file and use PlistEditorPro to edit it. Then done use OSx86Tools>Add EFI Strings/Boot Flag>Import HEX/Plist>Import file>Select the edited file>Import String to Boot Editor>Apply Changes to com.apple.Boot.plist Alternatively may try ATI init.
