Tommys
Hi, iv been trying to install osx 10.6 for a couple of days now but i cant pass the still waiting for root device. My system: MB: Gigabyte EP35-DS3 CPU: Intel E8400 HD1: Samsung 400gb (Sata) HD2: Seagate 1tb (Sata) GPU: XFX GF 8800GTS Just got a new ide disk that i hoped would fix my problem (WD IDE 320gb). I tried with "SnowOSX 10.6 Ultimate" and ToHLeoX86 but i get the same message. I tried with following comands: -v -x -f cpus=1 platform=X86PC without luck. i changed some bios settings but still the same. my IDE drive is connected as master and IDE dvd-rom as slave on the same cable, i tried to swith master and slave for the drives, same result. I read that other people have installed osx with this MB. i unplugged all other devices and drives. Edit: * Disabled usb controller * Reset bios * Failesafe bios Any idea?
