Install from USB stick to USB stick?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to install Leopard from USB stick to another USB stick? Also, is it possible to make a bootable USB with the installation DVD from Windows XP? The guides I read so far require OSX already installed.

 

Current PC

 

MB: GA-G31M-ES2C

CPU: E2180

RAM : 1GB

OS: Windows XP, boots from 16GB Flash

No HDD (external or internal), no DVD as well

 

Have 2 empty 16GB Flash drives, goal is to install OSX on one of them, and multiboot with XP
